Holiday Egg Nog Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 – 3oz. packages of cream cheese – softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon of brandy or brandy extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 ¼ cup finely chopped pecans

1. Line bottom of large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, cream, brandy or extract, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
