Holiday Eggnog Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 each(s) chopped nuts and candied fruit (¾ cup each)
  • ¼ cup(s) butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ cup(s) eggnog
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 3 cup(s) flour

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix eggnog, egg and butter together, add to dry ingredients. Add nuts and fruit. Bake in greased loaf pan at 350°, 60-70 minutes or until done. Cool. Remove from pan. Let stand overnight before slicing.
