Holiday Ribbon Loaf Recipe

Ingredients

  • Heavy-duty aluminum foil and 1-½-inch-wide ribbon
  • 1 cup red or green candied cherries, halved, option
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 3 tablespoons butter, divided
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 3-½ to 4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
    • ¼ cup warm water (110° to 115°)
    • 1 package (¼ ounce) active dry yeast
