Homemade Canned Salsa 2

Ingredients

  • 3 onions, chopped
  • 6 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 3 green peppers, chopped
  • 3 can(s) tomato paste (small cans)
  • 2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • ¾ cup(s) vinegar
  • 5 pound(s) tomatoes, blanched, peeled and cut up
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoon(s) salt
    • 2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch

Put all ingredients except vinegar in a large pot. Bring to a boil, add vinegar and bring back to a boil. Fills about 8 pint jars. Water bath for 15 minutes.
