  • 1 can(s) Eagle Brand Milk
  • ½ cup(s) dark syrup
  • 1 package(s) chocolate chips

Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until melted together. Serve over ice cream while still warm. Store unused topping in the refrigerator and reheat to serve.
