Homemade Ice Cream


  • 1 pint(s) whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoon(s) vanilla
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cup(s) sugar
  • ½ gallon(s) whole milk
  • 6 crushed junket tablets

Warm milk to room temperature. Add sugar and junket tablets. Mix well and pour into ice cream freezer can. Let set without movement for 10 minutes. Beat eggs until frothy.
