Homemade Marinara Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 medium zucchini - diced
  • 1 tablespoon(s) oregano
  • 2 cup(s) onion - chopped
  • 1 green pepper - diced
  • 2 stalk(s) celery - minced
  • 8 ounce(s) mushrooms - chopped
  • + 10 more ingredients
    • 6 clove(s) garlic - minced
    • 1 (1 lb. 13 oz. can) tomatoes or 6 fresh tomatoes - skinned
    • 6 ounce(s) tomato paste
    • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
    • 2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
    • ½ cup(s) fresh parsley - minced
    • 3 fresh tomatoes - diced
    • 1 handful of fresh basil leaves - chopped
    • 1 teaspoon(s) thyme
    • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) salt
