{homemade raffaello spread}

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut flakes {70g}
  • 1 1/3 cups sweetened condensed milk {400g}
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 7 ounces white chocolate {200g}
  • 1 cup butter {200g}

1. Heat butter in a saucepan until completely melted. 2. Add the white chocolate to the butter and melt. 3. Add sweet condensed milk, vanilla and coconut flakes and mix well. 4. Fill into a jar while the mixture is still warm.
