Ingredients

• 1 onion, diced (medium)
• 3 tablespoon(s) butter
• 3 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
• ½ teaspoon(s) mustard
• ½ cup(s) water
• 1 ½ pound(s) ground chuck or sirloin
• 3 tablespoon(s) vinegar
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
  • ¾ cup(s) ketchup

Add onion and butter to warm skillet. Brown slightly and set aside. Brown the ground chuck or sirloin.
