  • 2 cups whole almonds, coarsely chopped
  • 1 cup raisins (optional)
  • 1 Tbs. pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp. pure almond extract
  • 4 cups old-fashioned (not quick-cooking) rolled oats
  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • ½ tsp. table salt
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ¾ cup vegetable oil
    • ¾ cup honey
    • Vegetable oil spray
    • 1 cup oat bran

Position racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and heat the oven to 325°F. Spray two rimmed baking sheets with vegetable oil spray. In a large bowl, mix the oats, oat bran, and almonds.
