Honey and Curry-Glazed Squash
Ingredients
- 5 to 6 pounds winter squashes, such as acorn and butternut
- ¼ teaspoon ground chipotle chile powder
- 2 teaspoons mild curry powder
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- + 3 more ingredients

- (½ stick) unsalted butter
