Ingredients

  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon yellow cornmeal
  • 7 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups yellow cornmeal
  • ¼ cup stick margarine or butter
  • 3 cups 2% reduced-fat milk
  • 2 packages dry yeast (about 4 1/2 teaspoons)
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • Cooking spray
    • 2 teaspoons salt

Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan, and place over medium heat until margarine melts. Cool slightly (to 120° to 130°).
