Honey Custard Cups
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
- ¼ cup honey
- ½ cup low-fat evaporated milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg white
Preheat oven to 325° Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well with a whisk.
