Honey-Mustard Dipping Sauce


  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup honey

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium-high heat and stir to combine. Simmer until slightly thickened and reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 5 minutes. Use immediately or let cool to room temperature and store refrigerated in an airtight container until ready to use.
