Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup orange juice

    • 1 unpeeled orange (10 oz.), rinsed and very thinly sliced crosswise (about 1/8 in. thick; discard ends)
