Honey-Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- 2 pounds sweet potatoes or yams, peeled and cut into 3/4-inch chunks
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- ¼ cup PLUS 2 tablespoons Shedd's Spread Country Crock Spread, melted
