Honey Vanilla Ice Cream


  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 (7 inch) vanilla bean, split lengthwise
  • 2 cups milk
