Honey-Walnut Baklava Truffle
Ingredients
- Honey or vanilla ice cream
- Honey
- 4 metal mesh tea balls, 3-inch diameter
- 1 kataifi*, thawed if frozen (you will not use the entire package)
- Canola or peanut oil for frying
- 1 salt
- 3 tablespoon honey
- + 2 more ingredients

- 2 ounce California walnuts, ground very fine in a food processor
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter, very soft
