Honey-Yogurt Panna Cotta


  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup honey, plus more for serving
  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 envelope (¼ ounce) unflavored gelatin
  • 1 vanilla bean (or ½ teaspoon vanilla extract)
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
