Honeydew and Cantaloupe Mousse


  • ¼ cup sugar
  • the flesh of half a 6-to 7-pound honeydew melon
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • cantaloupe
  • 1 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1-½ envelopes unflavored gelatin
    • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    • 3 tablespoons Port
    • ¼ cup Midori (melon-flavored liqueur)
    • small wedges of honeydew melon
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
