Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 4 cups mixed baby greens
  • 6 thin slices prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon Sherry wine vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon aniseed
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 4 honeydew melon wedges

Whisk first 3 ingredients and 1 tablespoon mint in small bowl; whisk in oil. Season dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
