Honeyed Ricotta Mouse with Drunken Strawberries

Ingredients

• 1 cup Whole Milk Ricotta
• ¼ cup Mascarpone
• 1 cup Heavy Cream
• ½ cup Confectioners Sugar
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 Tbsp Artisanal Raw Honey
• 2 cups sliced Strawberries (or peaches)
• + 2 more ingredients
