  • 3 green onions
  • ¼ cup sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

    • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
    • ½ cup vegetable oil, divided
    • 1 pound fresh spinach
    • 4 (6-ounce) sea bass or grouper fillets
