Horchata Ice Cream With Bananas & Butter Caramel


  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • pinch of kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups whole milk
