Horseradish Mousse


  • 1 cup(s) Whipping Cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) hot sauce
  • ¾ cup(s) horseradish
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) vinegar
  • ½ cup(s) boiling water
  • 3 ounce(s) lemon jello

Mix lemon jello, boiling water,vinegar and salt. Let set in refrigerator until thick as an uncooked egg white. Add horseradish and hot sauce. Whip whipping cream and fold into above mixture. Place in an oiled mold and chill. Great served with crackers.
