HORSERADISH MUSTARD SAUCE

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon(s) prepared Dijon style mustard
  • 3 tablespoon(s) bottled horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon(s) plain low fat yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) whipping cream

Whisk all the ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to use. Can be prepared a day ahead. Makes 1/2 cup. Great served with corned beef.
