Horseradish Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4-½ teaspoons minced chives
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • Lettuce leaves, optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

    • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
    • 3-½ teaspoons prepared horseradish
    • 1-¼ pounds red potatoes (about 5 medium), sliced
