Horseradish Whipped Potatoes


  • ½ teaspoon(s) white pepper
  • ¼ cup(s) half and half
  • ½ pound(s) unsalted butter
  • 1 ¼ pound(s) potatoes, peeled
  • ½ tablespoon(s) salt
  • 1 ¼ ounce(s) horseradish
  • ¼ cup(s) sour cream

Slice peeled potatoes and boil for 20 minutes. Strain the potatoes and place back in the pot. Add the melted butter, half and half, sour cream, horseradish, salt and pepper. Whip all ingredients thoroughly with an electric mixer.
