Horseshoe Cheese Mold


  • 1 pound mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 pound extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Fresh parsley sprigs
  • Melba toast
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 cup mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients, except parsley and melba toast; mix well. Chill. Shape mixture into a horseshoe on a serving platter. Garnish with parsley. Serve with melba toast.
