Hot Chilli chutney Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon While Lentil (urad)
  • 2 teaspoon mustard seeds for seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Asafoetida/ hing optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (you can use any oil )
  • 3 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • salt as per taste
  • ½ teaspoon jaggery/ brown sugar
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 8-10 Curry leaves
    • 2 inch ginger
    • 3 teaspoon cumin seeds
    • 4 jalapenos chopped
    • 4-5 Dry red chillies
    • 10- 15 Green Chillies (Thai or Indian)
