Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ teaspoon distilled white vinegar
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup light corn syrup
Bring all ingredients to a boil with a pinch of salt in a 2-quart heavy saucepan over moderately high heat, whisking until smooth.
