Hot Potato Salad 8

Ingredients

• 6 potatoes (leave peeling on) (large)
• 4 boiled eggs
• 2 cup(s) mayonnaise
• 6 tablespoon(s) mustard
• ½ cup(s) sugar
• 1 onion (chopped, or sliced) your preference
• Bacon Bits (optional)

Microwave potatoes or boil til done. Mix together mayonnaise, mustard, & sugar. Sauté onion in skillet. Cube potatoes. Place potatoes, onion, and dressing mixture, in bottom of casserole type dish.
