Hot Spinach Dip
Ingredients
- 2 ounce(s) tomato - finely chopped
- ½ cup(s) onion - chopped
- 10 ounce(s) spinach - frozen, chopped, thawed, squeezed dry
- 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 1 cup(s) Colby Jack cheese
- non-stick cooking spray
- 1 teaspoon(s) cumin

- PITA TOASTS:
- 2 teaspoon(s) seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon(s) jalapeño - finely chopped
- 1 cup(s) Swiss cheese
- 2 teaspoon(s) seasoning salt
- 1/3 cup(s) half-n-half
In large mixing bowl combine cheeses, spinach, tomatoes, onions, half-n-half, peppers and salt. Pour into a butter baking dish. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
