Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce(s) tomato - finely chopped
  • ½ cup(s) onion - chopped
  • 10 ounce(s) spinach - frozen, chopped, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 8 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 1 cup(s) Colby Jack cheese
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon(s) cumin

    • 6 pita bread - cut into small wedges
    • PITA TOASTS:
    • 2 teaspoon(s) seasoning salt
    • 1 tablespoon(s) jalapeño - finely chopped
    • 1 cup(s) Swiss cheese
    • 2 teaspoon(s) seasoning salt
    • 1/3 cup(s) half-n-half

In large mixing bowl combine cheeses, spinach, tomatoes, onions, half-n-half, peppers and salt. Pour into a butter baking dish. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
