  • I wasn't the only one thinking about exceptional guacamole last week. Both
  • Didn't this come up at Super Bowl time? It's only been a couple months, but here's mine again:

    • Mine's pretty simple, but perfect IMHO: avocados, garlic, minced jalapeno, lime, cilantro, salt.
    • I absolutely really don't like tomatoes or garlic in guacamole, or when it's so smooth and takes on a slimy texture. Chunky tastes better!
    • I mix 2 avocados (cut in small cubes) + 1 packet guacamole seasoning + 1 can of drained Rotel.
    • We do it like the Calavo Avocado Growers suggest with one personal addition:
    • Am i the only one who adds lemon instead of lime?
    • I make it with tomatoes, onions, salt & pepper & lemon juice. My 5 yr old loves guac with chopped strawberries. Should try it with mangoes.
    • I registered just to reply. I make guacamole for myself a few times a week and have yet to meet anyone who hasn't like mine. I use:
