How to make cream cheese frosting


  • 150g/5½oz unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 45g/3 tbsp caster sugar
  • 300g/10½oz full fat cream cheese

1. Place the butter in a large bowl with the caster sugar. 2. Beat the butter and sugar together for 2-3 minutes until light and creamy. 3. Then beat in the cream cheese until smooth.
