How To Prepare Winter Squash


  • ¼ cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 medium winter squash (acorn, butternut, or hubbard)

To Clean: Wash squash thoroughly in cold water. Cut in half and remove seeds and fiber from center of squash.
