Ingredients

• 1 pinch(s) pepper - to taste
• Chives - fresh snipped or dried
• 1 red sweet pepper - diced
• 4 ounce(s) green chilies - drained
• 1 white onion - diced
• 3 tablespoon(s) cooking oil
• 4 clove(s) garlic

  • 15 ounce(s) tomatoes - diced

  • 12 fresh eggs - lightly beaten
  • 2 cup(s) pepper jack or Mexican cheese - shredded
