Ingredients

• 1 ½ cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
• 1 ½ cups fresh cilantro leaves
• ½ cup onion
• 4 corn tortillas
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
• ¾ cup avocado

Cook tomatillos in large saucepan of simmering water until soft, about 20 minutes. Drain.
