Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon(s) cumin seeds
  • 2 tablespoon(s) tahini or creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice, fresh
  • 16 ounce(s) garbanzo beans, drained
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) black pepper, freshly ground
  • ¼ cup(s) olive oil
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced

Purée drained beans, garlic and parsley in a food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process until combined. Serve at room temperature, with raw vegetables or crackers. Store in refrigerator.
