Ice Cream Cake with Caramel Icing

    • ½ cup(s) evaporated milk

Place cake mix in bowl. Combine water, eggs, and vanilla. Beat well. Add to cake mix and beat for 3 minutes. Add 2 cups ice cream; beat 2-3 minutes. Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan.
