  • 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • ½ pint coffee ice cream
  • ½ pint chocolate ice cream
  • 20 ounces bittersweet (not unsweetened) or semisweet chocolate
  • 2 cups sliced almonds
  • 1 ½ tablespoons vegetable oil
  • ½ pint vanilla ice cream
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 ½ cups shelled natural pistachios

Line large rimmed baking sheet with waxed paper. Using 1 1/2-inch round ice cream scoop or round 1 tablespoon measuring spoon and working quickly, scoop out 8 round balls each of vanilla, coffee, and chocolate ice cream, placing ice cream on prepared baking sheet.
