Iced Mint Tea
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 family-size tea bags
- 1 cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup sugar
- Ice cubes
1. Bring 4 cups water to a boil over medium-high heat. Stir in 1 cup sugar, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until sugar dissolves; remove from heat.
