Ingredients

• 1.5 teaspoon(s) peach schnapps
• 2.5 to 3 ounces sake
• 1 strawberry
• 0.5 teaspoon(s) sugar
• 1 ounce(s) guava nectar or juice
• Ice

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberry with the sugar. Add ice, the sake, schnapps and guava nectar and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with the strawberry slice.
