Icing For Sheath Cake


  • 1 cup(s) pecans chopped
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
  • 1 box(es) powder sugar
  • 6 tablespoon(s) milk
  • 4 tablespoon(s) cocoa
  • 1 stick(s) oleo

Melt together oleo, cocoa, milk and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add sugar, vanilla and pecans. Beat well and spread on cake while cake is still hot. Leave cake in pan to ice. I make a little over half of this- it makes a lot of icing.
