Impossible Pie 2


  • 1 cup(s) Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 ½ teaspoon(s) Vanilla
  • 2 cup(s) milk
  • ½ cup(s) Bisquick
  • ¾ cup(s) sugar
  • ¼ cup(s) margarine
  • 4 eggs

Place all ingredients into blender or use an electric mixer to mix together. Pour into a buttered 9-inch pie pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. When pie is done, crust will be on bottom, custard in middle, and coconut on top.
