Impossible Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (15 ounce) can solid pack pumpkin
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ½ cup biscuit/baking mix
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 ½ teaspoons ground allspice
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • whipped topping

1. In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, pumpkin, sugar, biscuit mix, butter, allspice and vanilla. Cover and process until smooth. Pour into a greased 9-in. pie plate (dish will be full). 2.
