Ingredients

• ¹/₈ teaspoon(s) pepper
• ¹/₃ cup(s) finely chopped onion
• 12 slice(s) bacon; fried and crumbled
• 1 cup(s) shredded Swiss cheese (approx 4 ounce)
• 2 cup(s) milk
• ½ cup(s) Bisquick
• 4 eggs

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in a blender container.
