Impossible Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

• ¾ teaspoon(s) salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 package(s) fresh baby spinach
• 1 cup(s) shredded Swiss cheese
• 1 ¹/₃ cup(s) Milk
• ¾ cup(s) buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick)
• 2 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

• • ²/₃ cup(s) chopped onion

Grease large pie plate. Parboil spinach for 1-2 minutes; drain and squeeze out all the liquid. Mix spinach, 2 cups Cheddar cheese and onion in the large pie plate.
