Indian Cheese and Red Peppers in Fragrant Spinach Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 8 tablespoons light vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 2 medium-size sweet red peppers
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 teaspoon coarse salt
    • 1 sweet green pepper
    • 4 hot green chilies
    • Indian cheese (paneer) made with 8 cups milk or 8 ounces farmer's cheese or 2 cakes tofu, sliced as paneer
    • ½ teaspoon turmeric
    • 1 ½ cups onion
