Individual Grape and Vin Santo Cakes

Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups plus 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, divided
  • 1 ¼ cups seedless red grapes (7 ounces)
  • 2/3 cup Vin Santo or other sweet wine
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
  • 2 large eggs
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 2/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, divided
    • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
    • ¼ teaspoon salt
    • confectioners sugar
